These terms are intended for a consumer who has full legal capacity. They apply to all orders you place on this site.

We do everything we can to satisfy you. On this site, items are described after a visual inspection as close as possible to their actual condition. We will pay attention to any remarks you send us.

*The antique objects and weapons offered are collectible pieces in a condition consistent with their age.

Buyers are encouraged to carefully review the description and all the photographs, which are an integral part of the sales contract.

Any questions or requests for additional information should be made before purchase.

These general terms and conditions are presented in French.

We operate as a gunsmith (regular or professional sale of firearms classified under e, f, or g of category D, or ammunition and ammunition components of category D) and are subject to specific professional regulations.

Condition of Items – Antique Weapons:

The purchase act constitutes full and complete acceptance of the item's condition as presented, and no visible defects or those consistent with the use and age of the piece can be claimed later.

The sale of weapons to minors is prohibited.

For any purchase of a Category D § e, f, or g weapon, please provide the following documents:

Proof of age: valid ID card (front/back) or passport.

No shipment or refund will be made without these documents.
