Diploma of Honor with Military Medal 1916

Diploma of honor established in 1916 and signed by the President of the Republic Raymond POINCARE: “To the dead of the Great War.

In memory of SAVARIAUD Théodore Louis, soldier in the 130th RI, died for France on February 22, 1915.

Tribute from the Nation, the grateful Fatherland .

The diploma is illustrated by an engraving after “La Marseillaise” by François RUDE which appears on one of the pillars of the Arc de Triomphe.

With a military medal stapled to the top right, under glass in a modern frame 31x45cm ( yellowed paper, cut margins).
