Delivery terms:

We will deliver the products to the address provided in the order form.

If a package is not picked up within the time frame set by the carrier, the order will be considered delivered. No refund will be given. 
As a courtesy and upon the customer's explicit request, a refund may be granted, minus shipping costs and transaction fees charged by the payment platform.

Delivery time:

We do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible.

However, deliveries to the United States may be subject to additional delays due to customs procedures, security checks, and local authorities, beyond our control. Delivery times are indicated for information purposes only and can take several weeks, especially depending on the destination region (East or West Coast of the United States). Maison des Braves cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs services or the carrier. No refund can be requested for a delay resulting from customs procedures or the carrier.
