The GRAS Model 1874 M80 artillery carbine is a shortened version of the famous Gras rifle, specially designed for artillerymen and mounted troops. This iconic piece of the Third Republic features a robust and precise mechanism, faithful to the heritage of the Chassepot rifle converted to metallic cartridges.

Caliber: 11 mm Gras.
Canon: dated 1882.

Markings: receiver marked "Manufacture d'armes St Etienne".
